The client of this project is Shanghai Institute of Technical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as the Institute), which is a top backbone unit and main R & D unit in the field of infrared and photoelectric technology in China.

The core pain point of the Institute's material management is how to manage the process of rapid and accurate approval - purchase - Screening - testing - warehousing - picking - outbound of relevant component materials. 3、 Scheme & Implementation
In order to solve the above pain points, the Institute selected prodog digital full cycle management software of Shanghai Leanwo Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Leanwo) for digital management of materials in component warehouse.

Collection of components and materials
The designer submits the material collection approval in the system, and the warehouse issues after approval. The system also provides the function of pulling orders for shortage of materials. Once the supplementary materials are warehoused, the system will automatically remind the picking person.
Component material delivery
The warehouse keeper shall confirm whether the picking list is approved and allocate components according to the picking list. After all ingredients are completed, the warehouse keeper and the material collector sign and the system updates the remaining inventory quantity of components.
Component material tracking
The warehouse personnel can directly input the name, specification and model of components, and the system will automatically display the status and quantity of warehouse materials, so as to facilitate the on-site personnel to quickly and accurately understand the inventory list and use of warehouse items.
